The printer server upgrade is in place but there are some remaining issues that will be addressed over the weekend.
First, the print-to-PDF (email) option is not working. NorthstAr and PolAris will show that they have sent your print job to email but the email will not arrive. This is a known issue and it will be resolved ASAP.
Second, there is a problem when trying to print both copies of an invoice at the same time. Again, NorthstAr and PolAris will show that “B”oth copies are requested, but the printout will not happen. As a temporary workaround, you can print the Internal and Customer copies separately.
If these two issues cannot be resolved for Monday, we will fall back on the old server until the problems can be fixed.
